Malaysian Association of Shito-Ryu Karate-do (MASK) Sarawak is a non-profit sports organization. MASK was brought to Sarawak in 1985 by Shihan Edward T. King. MASK Sarawak, which is operating from Miri, has branched out throughout Sarawak in Kuching, Sibu and Bintulu with a current total of over 200 members.
MASK Sarawak is affiliated to
Ø The Malaysia Karate Federation (MAKAF), which governs the smooth-running of all organizations and events associated with this world-wide celebrated sport in Malaysia.
Ø The World Shito-Ryu Karate Federation (WSKF) where its headquarters are in Tokyo, Japan.
Ø The Sarawak Karate Association (SAKA), which is the liaison to the Commissioner of Sports (also known as Majlis Sukan Negara).
